1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the rare event of a quality discrepancy, customers must file a claim within 60 days of goods arriving at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims must include a Survey Report from Recognized Public Surveyors as agreed by the Seller. If found responsible, the Seller will respond within 20 days with a proposed resolution.
