After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, approved by the Seller. If the claim's subject responsibility lies with the Seller, a response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt.
