After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of quality discrepancies, claims must be submitted within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by both parties. Should it be determined the Seller is at fault, a response with a proposed resolution will be provided within 20 days after receiving the claim.
