After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the unlikely event of a quality discrepancy, claims can be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days of the goods arriving at their destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim period is 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. Should the Seller be responsible, a response with a settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of the claim receipt.
