After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
Should any discrepancies in quality arise, the buyer must file a claim within 60 days post-arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, a claim must be filed within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports by Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon. If the seller is responsible, they will issue a response and resolution proposal within 20 days of receiving the claim.
