After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In case of quality discrepancies, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim should be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they shall respond within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing a settlement proposal.
