After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer should file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be filed within 15 days. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed upon by the Seller. If responsibility is determined to rest with the Seller, a response with a settlement proposal will be dispatched within 20 days of receiving the claim.
