After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors approved by the Seller. Should the Seller be responsible, a response with a settlement proposal will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days from the claim receipt.
