After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the unlikely event of quality discrepancies, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days post-arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, the claim period is 15 days post-arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible for the issue, we will respond with a settlement proposal within 20 days upon claim receipt.
