After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination. For any quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the responsibility falls on the Seller, they shall respond within 20 days, providing a reply to the Buyer along with a settlement suggestion.
