In the case of a quality discrepancy, buyers are entitled to file a claim within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, a claim must be lodged within 15 days post-arrival. All claims are to be supported by survey reports from recognized public surveyors as agreed by the seller. Should the seller be held accountable, a response along with settlement suggestions will be provided within 20 days from claim receipt.
