Should any quality discrepancies arise, buyers must lodge a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity issues, claims should be filed within 15 days. All claims require survey reports from recognized public surveyors mutually agreed upon by both parties. If the seller is found responsible, a response with a settlement proposal will be sent to the buyer within 20 days of claim receipt.
