After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer should lodge a claim within 60 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they shall respond within 20 days after receiving the claim, proposing a resolution.
