After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteedIn
In case of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must file a claim within 60 days after the goods reach the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, filing is required within 15 days. All claims need Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is responsible, a response and settlement suggestion will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
