After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed. In
the event of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days post-arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a reply with a settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days post-claim receipt.
