After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the unlikely event of quality discrepancies, buyers must file claims within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days. All claims require Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they will respond within 20 days of receiving the claim with proposed resolutions.
