After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port. For any quantity discrepancies, claims must be filed within 15 days of arrival. All claims require accompanying Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is deemed responsible, a response with a settlement proposal will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
