After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims should be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims need to be lodged within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports by recognized public surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response will be provided within 20 days, along with a proposed resolution.
