Should there be any quality issues, claims must be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days of goods arriving at their port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by both parties. If the Seller is responsible, a resolution will be proposed within 20 days of receiving the claim.
