In the event of any quality discrepancies, the Buyer must submit a claim within 60 days after the goods reach the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, the claim period is within 15 days. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors as agreed by both parties. If the Seller is found responsible, a reply alongside a proposed settlement will be provided within 20 days of receiving the claim.
