After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, claims should be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the destination port, and for quantity discrepancies, within 15 days. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the claim responsibility rests with the Seller, a response and settlement proposal will be sent within 20 days of claim receipt.
