After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
Should there be a discrepancy in quality, a claim must be filed by the Buyer within 60 days upon arrival at the destination port. For quantity issues, claims should be made within 15 days post-arrival. Each claim requires a Survey Report by recognized Public Surveyors accepted by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, a response along with a settlement proposal will be issued within 20 days of claim receipt.
